Sponsored by the Northeast Georgia History Center

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Established in 2001, the Georgia Mountain Fiber Arts Guild is a community organization that travels across the Northeast Georgia region for special events, classes, projects, and more. Dedicated to teaching and preserving fiber-based heritage arts, the Guild’s members are skilled in a wide variety of crafts. From carding, weaving, spinning, crochet, knit, wool dyeing, and more, the Guild engages with handmade and homemade fiber arts of many kinds. The Guild welcomes crafters and hobbyists of every age and skill level!
On most second Saturdays of the month, the Guild gathers at the Northeast Georgia History Center for their member meetings. Members of the Guild often volunteer their support and expertise to the History Center’s special events, field trips, and more!
